Contact us
Email lunalunera@studiocampoo.com. You can write to us in any of the App's languages; we usually reply within a few working days.
To report a bug, the quickest way is Settings → Report a bug in the App (the gear icon in the top-right corner). It opens your email app with the App version, your device's system version and the App language already filled in, so we can reproduce the problem. You can edit that information before sending.
Frequently asked questions
Does Luna Lunera work offline?
Yes. All built-in sounds, songs, the night lamp and the tips are inside the App, so everything works without an internet connection, including in airplane mode. When you are online, the App only checks whether an update is available when it starts.
Does it keep playing in the background or with the screen locked?
Yes. Your mix keeps playing when you lock the screen or switch to another app, and you can pause or resume it from the lock screen. On Android, a notification with playback controls appears while sound is playing. If you don't hear anything, check the media volume and make sure the phone isn't connected to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones elsewhere in the house.
How do I make and save a mix?
- On the Sounds tab, tap a sound to play it.
- Tap more sounds to layer them (up to 5). Tap a sound's thumbnail in the player to change its volume, or tap a playing sound again to stop it.
- Tap the heart in the player and give your mix a name. It appears under Saved mixes, where you can play, rename or delete it.
How does the sleep timer work?
While a mix is playing, tap the timer icon in the player and choose 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. When the time is up, the sound fades out gently instead of stopping abruptly. Tap the timer again if you want to stop it early.
How do I add my own voice, song or audio file?
On the Sounds or Songs tab, choose Add your own sound or Add your own song. You can record with the microphone (up to 2 minutes, for example you singing a lullaby) or upload an audio file from your device (MP3, M4A, WAV and other formats). Then give it a name. Your audio is copied into the App's private storage on your device and is never uploaded. Please only import audio you have the right to use.
Why does the App ask for microphone access?
Only so you can record your own sounds or songs. The App asks for it the first time you tap record and never uses the microphone at any other time. Recordings stay on your device. If you said no, you can turn it on later in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Luna Lunera → Microphone; Android: Settings → Apps → Luna Lunera → Permissions). Everything else works without it.
How do I delete my data or recordings?
- A recording or imported file: tap the small × on its card and confirm. It is also removed from any mix that uses it.
- A saved mix: tap the trash icon on the mix in Saved mixes and confirm.
- Everything: uninstall the App. This removes all mixes, settings, recordings and imported files from the device.
We don't hold any of this data on our side, so there is nothing to request from us. If your phone makes device backups (iCloud or Google), older copies may remain in those backups until they are replaced. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings (the gear icon in the top-right corner) and pick a language under App language. Choose System default to follow your device's language. Luna Lunera is available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Portuguese (Brazil).
How do I use the Ambience night lamp?
Open the Ambience tab, place the phone on a stable surface with the screen facing the ceiling, and use the slider to set the brightness for a small or big room. The light rises and fades slowly like waves. While this screen is open, the App keeps the screen on and controls its brightness. When you leave, your previous brightness is restored. Keeping the screen on uses battery, so consider keeping the phone plugged in, out of the baby's reach.
What volume is safe for my baby?
Keep it low to moderate and keep the phone well away from the crib, never inside it. Paediatric guidance, such as that of the American Academy of Pediatrics, suggests staying below about 50 decibels, roughly a quiet conversation. The tips in the App are general information, not medical advice. See section 5 of the Terms of Use.
Is it really free?
Yes. No ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no account.
